There are a few reasons why you'll get the error "login failed."
- You are entering your student ID# for the username
- You are entering your email address for the username
- You are entering your UCInetID in UPPERCASE.
To successfully login to the Software VPN, enter your UCInetID (which is the first part of your email address before the @ symbol) in all lowercase.
