There are a few reasons why you'll get the error "login failed."
- You are entering your student ID# for the username
- You are entering your email address for the username
- You are entering your UCInetID in UPPERCASE.
To successfully login to either the WebVPN or the Software VPN, enter your UCInetID (which is the first part of your email address before the @ symbol) in all lowercase.
